We had an amazing experience with Austen and Blake! From the moment we walked in, Marjorie made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Thanks to her guidance, we found the perfect engagement ring — it’s absolutely stunning, and the quality and craftsmanship are second to none. The entire process felt personal and stress-free, and we never once felt pressured. Marjorie went above and beyond to make this such a special experience for us and was always attentive to our needs and kept us updated throughout the whole process (even on her days off!). We’re so grateful and couldn’t be happier with our ring!

My fiancé and I had a beautiful experience with the Austen and Blake team at the Perth showroom, specifically Virginie. When we booked the appt, I had my eyes set on a carved style band. However, it was by chance that they didn’t have a sample and my fiancé ended pointing out and choosing another gorgeous band that I adore. It was the cliche “just meant to be” moments. The customer service provided from Virginie was far from transactional. Through our interactions, she treated us like a friend and as valuable people. As many couples, we were initially nervous about pressure, but Virginie was so patient and there was no expectations to make a final decision on the spot and we hadn’t been made to feel guilty about it either. Virginie was attentive, gave me free range to try any of the band samples and let us experiment with various styles to choose our perfect rings. She made the environment comfortable where I felt no shame to share opinions or feedback of rings we tried and she happily worked around the feedback we had. We were most impressed by the pricing as we had been to other well known jewellers that were priced quite high. Virginie was awesome and went above and beyond to keep in contact with me personally during the process. What was most special is that she rejoiced with us, let us have our moment and immersed herself in the moment with equal, if not more excitement for us. We can’t wait to share photos of our special day with Virginie and the team. Thank you A&B and Virginie! You are a wonderful woman! 💍

I went to Austen and Blake Perth store inside the characteristic London Court last month to purchase an engagement ring and I was welcomed and assisted by UC.She was extremely professional and help me through the numerous and beautiful options displayed with patience and care. Thank you UC for your precious help and great customer service, it definitely make this process smooth and easy.Highly recommended service and great professionalism, if you're looking for the right jewellery store then Austen and Blake Perth store is the place.

Found my dream ring on their website. Attended their Perth showroom to book for a consult and was welcomed in the warmest manner, gratefully was able to have an appointment there and then. At this time Robbie helped me find my dream wedding ring which matched perfectly with my engagement ring. There was no pressure and I was able to go away and have a few days to think about it without any hassle! After paying my deposit and locking in my wedding ring, it was delivered to my home in Busselton. The service throughout my whole experience was nothing short of amazing!

I was so happy with my experience at Austen and Blake! Armineh was so kind and helpful when choosing my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier with the one my partner and I ended up choosing 😍 We also went back to choose my wedding band and all the staff were so lovely, helping me try on different styles when I wasn’t sure what I wanted! I would highly recommend checking them out :)

I came across Austen & Blake by chance while walking through London Court, looking for something special for my girlfriend. UC was welcoming when I walked in and, even though she was between appointments, she still took the time to help. She listened to what I was after, talked me through a few options, and recommended a necklace that I genuinely wouldn’t have picked on my own but ended up loving. The whole experience felt easy and relaxed, with no pressure at all, which I really appreciated. I left feeling confident in what I’d chosen and would happily go back again, hopefully for the engagement ring.

We bought our wedding bands from Austen & Blake and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. UC was the consultant who helped us choose our rings, and she was fantastic. She showed us all the options, explained everything thoroughly, and demonstrated excellent knowledge throughout the whole process. We were made to feel very welcome and were even offered coffee and chocolate, which was a lovely touch. Choosing our rings felt special and relaxed, and when we came back on our appointment date to pick them up, we were so pleased to see that the rings were exactly what we had dreamed of.
